Pre-Employment Transition Services (Pre-ETS) are designed to help students with
disabilities transition from school to postsecondary education or employment. These services are
mandated by the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) and are provided by vocational
rehabilitation agenciesThese services mark the beginning of a continuum of services offered by Department for Aging and Rehabilitative Services for students with disabilities.
The Grow Program is a condensed version of Pre ETS services that are offered to school
age students during school breaks and summer in the form of one-week workshops. Participating
students are given transportation, lunch, and a laptop for attendance.
